Description

We are seeking a physically fit, hardworking Male Construction Site Cleaner to join our site operations team. In this role, you will execute heavy-duty cleaning tasks, clear hazardous debris, and perform final touch-ups across multiple construction phases. You must strictly adhere to on-site health, safety, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) regulations.

Requirements

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 25kg repeatedly during full shifts.
Experience: Proven experience as an industrial, commercial, or construction site cleaner is highly preferred.
Safety Awareness: Solid knowledge of site safety protocols, chemical hazard handling, and appropriate PPE usage.
Work Ethic: Strong time management skills with the capacity to meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
Teamwork: Excellent communication skills to coordinate cleanly and effectively with diverse trade workers.

Responsibilities

Debris & Waste Removal: Collect leftover construction materials including wood scraps, plastic, loose nails, and packaging.
Site Hazard Mitigation: Clear walkways, scaffolding, and access areas to prevent slips, trips, and falls.
Industrial Floor Care: Sweep, mop, scrape, and vacuum heavy construction dust from concrete and newly laid flooring.
Deep Surface Cleaning: Wipe down fine dust from vents, light fittings, window frames, and uninstalled fixtures.
Sanitation Management: Clean and replenish temporary portable toilets, washrooms, and break rooms daily.
Chemical Safety Management: Safely mix, apply, and store industrial cleaning agents according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Adhesive & Stain Erasure: Scrub away protective stickers, cement residue, paint splatters, and heavy grease from glass and fixtures.
Equipment Care: Inspect, use, and store heavy-duty cleaning tools like wet/dry shop vacuums and high-pressure washers.
Incident Reporting: Notify site supervisors immediately regarding damaged structural elements, safety hazards, or tool malfunctions.
