Description
The Male Driver is responsible for safely transporting cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to client sites across Dubai. He ensures timely arrival, proper vehicle handling, and supports daily operations by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the company vehicle.
Requirements
- Gender: Male
- License: Must have a UAE Manual light vehicle driving license
- Nationality (preferred): Pakistani, Afghani, African, Indian
- Age: 47 years old or below
- Job understanding: Must understand the nature of a cleaning company job (transport staff/equipment, support operations)
- Attitude: Good attitude and team-friendly behavior
- Communication: Basic English communication skills
- Pressure handling: Able to *work under pressure* and follow schedules
- Navigation: Must know how to use Google Maps / navigation apps
- Work schedule: Must be willing to work 12–14 hours duty with weekly day off
- Location requirement: Must be able to stay near company accommodation in DIP
Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to and from client locations within Dubai.
- Transport cleaning teams, supplies, machines, and chemicals (as applicable) according to job schedules.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip checks (fuel, tires, brakes, lights, wipers, oil/water as per policy).
- Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance needs immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all UAE driving rules, company safety procedures, and speed limits.
- Maintain route discipline and ensure accurate timing for scheduled tasks.
- Load and unload equipment and materials safely (lifting may be required as per role needs).
- Keep records such as trip logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and job updates (if required).
- Coordinate with supervisors regarding pickup/drop-off points and schedule changes.
- Assist with basic operational support when needed (e.g., helping locate equipment, minor loading tasks).
