Key Responsibilities:
Treatment & Client Care
- Conduct Consultations: Review client intake forms and medical histories before starting treatments.
- Assess Needs: Identify localized pain, muscle tension, physical limitations, or contraindications.
- Customize Therapies: Adapt massage techniques to meet specific client goals and comfort levels.
- Deliver Services: Perform various massage styles (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Aromatherapy).
- Ensure Comfort: Monitor client comfort, room temperature, and pressure depth throughout sessions.
- Provide Aftercare: Recommend stretching, hydration, and future appointment frequencies to clients.
Operations & Mobile Logistics
- Travel to Locations: Commute promptly to client homes, luxury hotels, yachts, or corporate offices.
- Manage Equipment: Transport, set up, and dismantle portable massage tables and accessories.
- Prepare Ambience: Arrange premium linens, towels, music, and diffusers to mimic a spa environment.
- Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels of massage oils, lotions, and sanitizing supplies.
- Maintain Schedule: Coordinate with dispatchers or apps to accept on-call bookings efficiently.
