*On-Call Massage Therapist* responds promptly to booking requests routed through Justlife mobile apps premium home-service spas. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, exceptional time management, and the ability to maintain premium spa standards outside of a traditional clinic or salon environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Prior Massage experienced *Mandatory*
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a massage therapist, ideally within the UAE hospitality or mobile-spa sectors.
- Formal certification or a recognized diploma in Massage Therapy or Physiotherapy is essential.
- or roles involving clinical or medical massage, a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or Department of Health (DOH) eligibility is mandatory. Casual home-spa services frequently rely on specialized vocational certificates instead.
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- 25 to 42 years of age
- Strong physical endurance and manual dexterity to deliver physically demanding treatments continuously and handle the transport of heavy mobile spa gear

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Treatment & Client Care

Conduct Consultations: Review client intake forms and medical histories before starting treatments.
Assess Needs: Identify localized pain, muscle tension, physical limitations, or contraindications.
Customize Therapies: Adapt massage techniques to meet specific client goals and comfort levels.
Deliver Services: Perform various massage styles (e.g., Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai, Aromatherapy).
Ensure Comfort: Monitor client comfort, room temperature, and pressure depth throughout sessions.
Provide Aftercare: Recommend stretching, hydration, and future appointment frequencies to clients.

Operations & Mobile Logistics

Travel to Locations: Commute promptly to client homes, luxury hotels, yachts, or corporate offices.
Manage Equipment: Transport, set up, and dismantle portable massage tables and accessories.
Prepare Ambience: Arrange premium linens, towels, music, and diffusers to mimic a spa environment.
Track Inventory: Monitor stock levels of massage oils, lotions, and sanitizing supplies.
Maintain Schedule: Coordinate with dispatchers or apps to accept on-call bookings efficiently.
